Personalized Plans Without Trainer

A training plan to do on your own.

If you feel great about working out on your own but want a Viking personalized plan to guide your way to personal victory over your goals, get our Untrained Personalized Plan to go with your General Membership!

Like all of our #VikingTrained training plans, our Personalized Untrained Workouts are fully individualized! A coach will go over all of your goals and training history, expected training frequency, likes/dislikes, and more to make sure they create the perfect plan for you and your needs.  Then you have a workout to follow each time you come to the gym!

Untrained Personalized Plan Rates* (rate is the total price of General Membership + Workout Plan):

1 Month (4 wk workout cycle): 1-3 workouts per week = $130
1 Month (4 wk workout cycle): 4+ workouts per week = $150
3 Month (12 wk workout cycle): 1-3 workouts per week = $360
3 Month (12 wk workout cycle): 4+ workouts per week = $420
12 Month (Full year workouts): 1-3 workouts per week = $1,300 (that’s just $25/week!)
12 Month (Full year workouts): 4+ workouts per week = $1,450

*Must be 18 years of age or older for a General Membership – due to the nature of strength training and correct movements, those under the age of 18 must use one of the Viking Performance Training training packages (Semi Private, Group, or Private) to make sure they are receiving proper supervision.
