Online Training – Perfect for busy athletes or fitness-focused adults, Viking’s Online Training gives you access to customized, goal-specific programs wherever you are. Whether you’re working out at home with no equipment, on the road, or at a gym more convenient for you, Viking’s expert coaches will design the perfect plan to fit your lifestyle and maximize your results.
Online-PT Hybrid Coaching – Hybrid Coaching blends the best of both worlds—Viking’s in-person coaching at VPT and personalized online workouts you can do from anywhere. Get Open Floor Coaching from our expert staff on VPT days, then seamlessly continue your progress at home or another gym with online programming designed just for you. It’s flexibility, convenience, and expertise, all in one!
Online Training
Not everyone can live close enough to train at Viking Performance Training (although we’ve had members move over 2,000 miles to be near us—and that dedication paid off when they became our first Pro StrongMan!).
But distance doesn’t need to be a barrier to high-level training. Viking Performance Training offers Online Training, delivering the same individualized, goal-specific programming we’re known for—customized to your unique situation, no matter where you are.
Our expert coaches are committed to helping you become the best version of yourself. Your program is tailored to your specific goals and lifestyle, with regular updates to ensure continuous progress and optimal results.
With your own #VikingTrained program, you’ll also benefit from direct communication with Viking coaches and receive technical instruction to ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively.
Of course, the only thing better than online training would be moving closer and training in person—but until then, we’ve got you covered!

Our Hybrid Coaching program blends the expertise of Viking Performance’s in-person coaching with the convenience and flexibility of online training, giving you a complete solution for reaching your fitness goals—no matter where you are.
Here’s how it works:
- In-Person Coaching at Viking Performance: On your VPT days, you’ll receive hands-on coaching during our Open Floor Personal Training sessions. Imagine walking into an elite weight room where our expert staff is constantly monitoring, pushing, and guiding every trainee on the floor. You’ll work through your own customized, goal-specific, lifestyle-or-sport-specific training program with real-time coaching and feedback from our strength coaches. Whether you’re perfecting your form or pushing through tough sets, our team ensures you’re always on track for progress.
- Seamless Online Training: When you’re not at VPT, the progress doesn’t stop. Our coaches will design personalized online workouts for you to follow, so you can train at home or in another gym—anywhere, anytime. The programming is tailored to fit into your overall plan and updated regularly to ensure it aligns with your in-person sessions and continues moving you toward your goals.
The result? A seamless blend of professional coaching, structured programming, and the freedom to train wherever it’s most convenient. You get the best of both worlds—expert guidance and individualized training, combined with flexibility.
