We invite you to join us for our annual charity powerlifting event for Stepping Stones, Power for a Purpose! We have proudly teamed with USA Powerlifting which is the largest and most prestigious organization in the country and the gateway to the IPF (the biggest federation in the world!).
Stepping Stones is a recreation center (and much more) for people with disabilities that has enriched the lives of countless people in the North Central WV area and beyond. Please visit their website at www.steppingstoneswv.org to find out more about the wonderful things they do.

How do I help???: Gather donations & bring them with you to the meet (forms available by request to help!)
***Special award for MOST MONEY RAISED***
ELIGIBILITY: Any male or female age 14 years or older.
RULES: Available at www.usapowerlifting.com
SCHEDULE:
- 7:15am – gear checks, rack heights, waiver, etc open up
- 8:00am – weigh-ins begin
- 9:00am – weigh-ins terminate
- 10:00am – competition begins
AWARDS:
- Top 3 in each class
- “Best Lifter” for male and female
- Most money raised for the charity, top 3
ENTRY FEE: $77 early bird, $87 normal
SPECTATOR FEE: $10 for anyone over high school age.
DEADLINE: Entries if mailed must be postmarked/mailed by Friday, November 22nd, 2019. Entries mailed after deadline must pay late fee of $25. No entries accepted on day of contest. If we provide shirts (as we often do), you must show up to get one. Additional shirts may be available for purchase.
