It’s time for the 3rd edition of the popular StrongKids competition at Viking Performance Training, as always spearheaded by the fantastic Micki Pauley of Micki Lifestyle!
StrongKids contests are special days when its’ the kids’ turn to show what they can do as they participate in a mini-strongman contest specifically designed for them!
Throwing medicine balls… sled push races… carrying medleys… weighted rope pulls… just some of the past examples kids have had a blast with in the first 2 StrongKids!
SAFETY and A REALLY GOOD TIME are the focus of the competition so kids can get amped up, feel awesome about themselves for seeing how strong they really are, and participating in a unique and captivating form of health and fitness. Events vary between speed and strength, so truly any kid can win!
Kids’ classes will be divided as follows:
* 6-7 year olds
* 8-10
* 11-13
* There WILL be a special class for 5 & under if the kids have older siblings participating in the 6-13 yr classes, where the focus will be even moreso on being active, getting healthy energy out, and getting to participate with their older brothers or sisters.
Viking-themed trophies and medals for 1st through 3rd! We will order several extra shirts in different sizes, but the initial order will be estimated on who has already signed up…so the earlier your children sign up, the better chance they will get a contest shirt – so don’t wait! And as always… there will be some random giveaways! 
$25 registration per StrongKid (+ $2 PayPal fee) by Wednesday, March 8th at midnight… Thursday or later is $30, so please get registrations in on time! PLUS early registration helps with shirt orders!
The competition begins at 2:00pm, but please have your kids at the gym by 1:30 so that we are able to go over the rules and events.

In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, and my assignees, waive, and release all rights and damages I may have against Jerry Handley, Micki Pauley, Micki Lifestyle LLC, The City of Morgantown, Viking Performance Training LLC, Carol Atkins, Commercial Land Development, and all sponsors of the event, their representatives and assigns, for any and all injuries incurred by me in conjunction with this competition and in traveling to and from the event. And in further consideration of permission being granted to me to participate in the Strong Kids Competition. I hereby grant Viking Performance Training and Micki Lifestyle and/or any other approved video or entertainment organization and all of their agents, successors, licensees, and assigns, the right to photograph or otherwise reproduce (whether by film, tape, still photography or otherwise) my voice, appearance, and name, and to exhibit, distribute, transmit, and/or otherwise exploit any and all media, including without limitation, by means of still photography, motion pictures, radio, television, television motion pictures, video, printing or any other medium now known or hereafter devised, including with respect also to any merchandising, advertising, and/or publicity, and the right to use my name and information about me in any connection with any of the foregoing. The rights granted by me hereunder are granted for the entire universe and shall endure in perpetuity and no further compensation shall be payable to me at anytime in connection therewith. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate Viking Performance Training, Micki Lifestyle, and/or any other approved video or entertainment organization, to photograph or otherwise reproduce my voice, appearance or name, or to make use of any rights granted herein. I also understand that the aforementioned rights may be reassigned at any time without further consent. I understand that Viking Performance Training, Micki Lifestyle, and/or any other approved video or entertainment organization are videotaping and photographing the Event in express reliance upon foregoing, and I represent and agree that I am free to grant the rights granted to Viking Performance Training LLC, Micki Lifestyle LLC, and/or any other approved video or entertainment organization hereunder.
